FAQs
What does the charity do?

Local charity does incredible work in the local community, caring for patients with terminal diseases and supporting their families through this devastating time.

Local charity has been working in the local community for over 40 years now and you would be hard-pressed to find someone who has not had a friend or loved one helped by local charity.

How long is the walk?

The planned walk will take place between X and Y following this route. It is a 2 mile walk and can be taken at any pace (this is not a race!). If this is not a suitable route for you for any reason, please get it touch at xxx@xxx.com and we will work with you to find an equivalent route.

How hard is the walk?

The walk is over the flat/undulating ground and on wide paths throughout. There are no steep inclines.

The path has been assessed as being wheelchair/pushchair accessible and safe for children and vulnerable adults, as it is located away from the road and waterways, but please make a personal assessment of any potential hazards for you personally, and let us know if there is anything we can help with.

Ada Lovelace Enterprises will be providing water throughout the walk and there are benches along the path at regular intervals.

How much are we aiming to raise?

Last year we were able to rase £1200! There are no specific aims and any small amount is appreciated, but enough pennies add up to pounds and the most important thing is to come and show support for local charity.
